Nonlocality is the theory that nothing happens HERE that doesn’t happen THERE. But where’s here and there? In essence,it’s not possible to treat widely separated systems as independent. What is going on in another universe is having an impact here on earth. Sound too wacky?
The simplest example of a non-local system is a wave which is not localized in space nor in time. Because any object in our universe obeys the principle of wave-particle duality, then all objects in our universe are non-local.
As out solar system swings around (ever so slowly) through the galaxy, that we know as the Milky Way, we cross over and through the middle of the galaxy. As our solar system passes through this “galactic plane” (December 21, 2012), scientists expect changes here on earth.
While this event is major, because it happens only an estimated every 26,000 years, all events that happen out there, affect us in here. Can you say astrology?
Duane Elgin said it this way, “Scientific experiments show that things that seem to be separate are actually connected in fundamental ways that transcend the limitations of ordinary space and time”.
We are not alone!
In fact, we are ALL ONE!
