Many feel that our time on the spehere called earth think that our time is very short. Some of the prognostications for the 2012 era are indeed scary. But there are others who feel that we’re approaching a time when humanity will be awakened to a new consciousness and unified spirituality. The Oneness University is a very successful example where people can learn and grow in consciousness- catering to people of every faith and all walks of life.
Sri Amma and Bhagavan have shown that people are hungry for something other than separation. More than one hundred million people have been drawn to them.
What is it that we humans are to do? Dogs bark, pigs grunt, and penguins waddle. We homo sapiens do what? We are to love, BE love, bless all, give irrationally, and share our life because there can be no true living apart. This prison that we’ve built is licked from the inside out. We can get out of jail anytime we want.
As Peter Russell has pointed out, we’re getting close to developing a global brain. Ray Kurzweil says we’re even closer to building a computer that has more computing power than the human brain, maybe even be “spiritual” in nature. But will our hearts be big enough to handle such paradigms? And do we have that much time as both Russell and Kurzweil’s models are in the 2015-2020 time frame.
There’s obviously a Designer of this very complex world, universe!
I see this Creator as determined to give Himself to us. And since He (It) IS the maker and sustainer of all life, His will cannot be foiled. Therefore I am in the group that sees a major awakening on the horizon, a collective consciousness, and a spiritual advancement so great that it will make the Axial Age like first grade. The question for each of us individually is where do we want to GET IN on the trip?
Do we even want to volunteer for the journey?
There is a cost and it’s your EGO! When one looks at all the radical elements that’s in our world today, peaceful coexistence seems like a pipe dream. But, the GOOD NEWS is that the world’s only seen a few men with anything like the true consciouness that WE ARE. The seeds are planted and the stalks will seen quickly grow and produce fruit so sweet all humanity will not be able to resist.
