Megacatastrophic events in the fall of 2005 have largely gone un-noticed by most of the world. If you happened to have lived in Central America, and particularly Guatemala and El Salvador, the lesson was particularly harsh. The hurricane that devastated New Orleans (can you say Katrina) was not the most deadly of that season. Hurricane Stan gets that distinction taking 1,500+ lives.
Whether it is global warming, galactic warming, or something else, a deadly synergy is happening.
In October 1, 2005 the Llamatepec volcano in El Salvador erupted for the first time in a century cuasing thousands to flee and destoying miles offarm land. On October 5, 2005 hurricane Stan came visiting killing more than a thousand, dumping unprecented amounts of rain, and causing mud slides greater than had ever been seen before. On October 8, 2005 a 5.8 (Richter scale) earthquake hits El Salvador and Guatamala.
1-2-3!
And this doesn’t say anything about hurricane Wilma that came visiting October 20, 2005. Wilma was the most intense hurricane ever recorded in the Atlantic basin. Wilma the sixth major hurricane, and fourth Category 5 hurricane of the record-breaking 2005 season (the previous record for storms in a single season was held by the 1933 season. Damage was estimated at over $29.1 billion ($20.6 billion in the US; 2005 US dollars), ranking Wilma among the top 5 costliest hurricanes ever recorded in the Atlantic and the fourth costliest storm in U.S. history.
All four within 19 days. A coincidence?
Alexey Dmitriev, renowned Russian geophysicist, specializing in extreme climatology, wrote, “As natural compensatory processes are developing, they will trigger controlling mechanisms of seismic reactions and volcanic activity, i.e., natural calamities will become more severe, up to global transformation of the climate machine and the state of biosphere.” In other words, can the melting of the polar ice caps cause tectonic shifts and other catastrophic events- even MEGA ones?
