2012 Hype or Hope?  End of the world or new era? Get the facts and decide for yourself!

There are some far out theories and ideas about the meaning of 2012 which will increasingly become a household word over the three years ahead; however some concepts have considerable scientific backing or at least come forth as reasonable postulates. Therein I’d like to address one which is radical and revolutionary, but hat’s radical for one is moderate for another!

Ever heard of Darwin? Sure you have! Ever heard about transposition bursts? Probably not!

Could the 1986 to 2016 thirty year window of what’s known as “2012″ bring with it, in addition to all the hype and extraterrestrial terror, a radical genetic adaptation? Lord knows we need something akin to that. Maybe if we’d call it the RAPTURE, we could get the religious community on board. On second thought, drop that idea. But, seriously, are we entering, or are we already in, a photon band that can and will bring a mutation of the species or a quick metamorphosis unexplainable by Darwinianism.

Think maybe?

Highly regarded biochemist Colm Kelleher writes, “A transposition burst is a plausible mechanism in the DNA/RNA level that could accomplish such a genome wide change.” Here is where we might get a nibble from the religious crowd. There is a DNA sequence containing three different transposon families (a genetic trinity no less) arranged in beadlike formation which would be an effective participant in large scale transposon mediated genetic change that eventually results in transformation of the human body.”

Wow we’re talking turkey!

Does the galactic center that we’re now in have that potential? The answer is YES! Will such a transformation take place before we kill each other off the planet? The answer is I sure hope so. Seriously, there is far more going on that we’re NOT SEEING than what we THINK is happening and that’s GOOD NEWS!
